A coastal community surrounded by nature preserved land. Almost each property has either deep water direct gulf access (North Hernando Beach) or spring fed brakish water canal in the back of the house. Middle and South residents must use a boatlift to access the gulf with their boats.
Only stilt homes can be built and have to follow strict Hurricane safe codes. If you love fishing, boating or you just love looking out on water this neighborhood is for you.
Along Shoalline Blvd. you find restaurants, marinas and other small businesses. Business zoned lots a small, so we don't see any fast food places. All are individually owned and have true character. Enjoy Hernando Beach!
